An excellent opportunity is currently available with an outstanding client of ours to join their Media department as a Paid Media Manager on a permanent basis.

Key Tasks:

* Plan, build and analyse paid search campaigns in bulk

* Work with the Head of Paid Media on strategy development

* Manage and optimize multiple Paid Media campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals

* Mentor and train junior members of the team

Manage and grow current campaigns

* Oversee Google Ads, Bing Ads accounts and any Paid channels as we develop our paid media presence

* Ensure best practices are adhered to with regards to strategy, account structure, campaign setup and optimisation

* Regular analysis of keywords, landing pages, search terms, audiences, competitor/auction

* Work with our in-house design team to develop persuasive ads and landing pages

* Develop compelling ad copy that effectively communicates the key benefits of our products/services

Monitor and report your success

* Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategies

* Support Head of Paid Media with monthly reporting

* Maintain insightful and cross channel trend reporting

* Tracking daily KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spending

Taking things to the next level

* Identify new areas of Paid Media opportunities for the business

* Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies

* Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and drive cost-effective results (Ads, Landing Pages, Campaigns, etc.)

* Contribute to account innovation and leading the way with execution

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

* 4+ years of experience managing Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads OR someone who is consistently performing at an advanced level of PPC competency

* Experience in mentoring and development of junior team members

* Extensive knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing strategy and PPC optimisation

* Extensive experience in multi-channel remarketing and cross-selling

* Strong understanding of A/B testing and tools such as VWO

* Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor and Excel

* Proficient in managing large campaigns and budgets
