Salary : £24500 – £25000/annum Pension + Other Benefits

Part Time Permanent Position – Basic Administrative Duties

The salary displayed will be pro rata down to 22.5 hours

Hours – 22.5 hours per week – Office Based

Flexible working hours as long as the hours fall between Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, the individual can choose the hours to suit them.

Start: January – February 2025

Free parking outside the office

It is important to note that this is a supportive admin role, to help with additional administrative support, such as processing orders, collating paperwork, filing, photocopying etc..

There is not any career progression within this role, it really is a flexible part time position and would suit someone looking for a flexible hours to suit, doing supportive administrative tasks.

The role provides a supportive and administrative function to the office.

Main Tasks:

• Scanning, photocopying, filing

• Distribution of company literature, training manuals, etc.;

• Issuing training certificates and identity cards;

• Updating the company’s training database;

• Maintenance and updating of the office filing system;

Skills:

The candidate should:

• Have previous experience in an administrative environment;

• Be computer literate – competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as a minimum.

• Be organised;

• Have excellent attention to detail;

• Have a pleasant, polite and professional telephone manner;

• Have a methodical approach to their workload;

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively;

• Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently;

• Have a good standard of written English.

The role provides a supportive and administrative function to the office. The role calls for interaction with members, training providers and outside bodies on a regular basis and so professionalism must be maintained at all times. The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office systems and procedures.

Attributes:

You must be personable, polite, flexible, have great communication and IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook). We are looking for someone who enjoys working within a team who has a methodical approach, is organised and who is self-motivated and can work independently when required.
