Anderson Knight is looking to recruit an Audio Typist on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in the City Centre of Glasgow.
If you have excellent listening skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong command of the English language, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with precision and accuracy.
* Review and proofread transcriptions to ensure they match the original audio and maintain consistent formatting.
* Edit and correct transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
* Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an audio typist or transcriptionist.
* Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand various accents and speech patterns.
* Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed.
* Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation.
* Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering error-free work.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
