Salary : £11 – £13/hour

Part Time Chef/Cook – 18 – 24 hours per week – Alternate weekends

Our client is a family owned  Residential Care Home based in Guildford, Surrey, seeks an experienced Part Time Chef/Cook

You will be required to provide a quality catering service to the residents ensuring that special needs are catered for

Experience Required for Part Time Chef/Cook

Previous experience in a Care Home or Hospital or School would be desirable
Experience of menu planning
Cost control experience is required
Knowledge and Skills for a Part Time Chef/Cook

Cooking English and continental food experience is important
Flair and enthusiasm of working with fresh quality ingredients
Ability to manage kitchen staff is important
Knowledge in some of these is desirable: Health and Safety, COSHH, Food Hygiene, and Infection Control
