Part Time Ground Maintenance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Assistant Grounds Maintenance person for our client based in Loughborough. Our client prides themselves in looking after their grounds and this is a fantastic opportunity for the role of a part-time Assistant Grounds Maintenance person paying £10.50 per hour.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 7am to 11am
About the part-time Grounds Maintenance role:
As a part-time Assistant Grounds Maintenance person, you will be responsible for the:
* Maintenance of the grounds which will include cutting and mowing the grass, border maintenance, strimming, etc
* General ad hoc jobs around the campus
About You:
* You need to be happy working outdoors
* You need to have a good background in gardening
* You need to have experience and be confident
* You may be working on your own on some occasions so need to be able to prioritise your workload.
Experience:
* Previous ground maintenance and gardening experience
* Experience in using powered equipment and maintenance of equipment
* Health & safety knowledge
* PA1 & PA6 spraying licenses would be preferred
* Garden or Horticultural qualifications would be beneficial but not essential
* Full, clean UK driving license
* Willing to work in all weathers
* Be able to work as part of a team
Pay Rate:
* £10.50 per hour
