The Administration role is to maintain the various processes within the office to ensure smooth delivery of orders and the efficient and timely resolution of enquiries from clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

* Nominated Administrator for the Quality Management System including the monitoring and recording of customer feedback and satisfaction reports

* Maintaining the training matrix and to maintain and update the approved supplier list

* Administrating client data base

* Administration of the company

* Issuing Quotes as directed by Project manager

* Maintain supplier questionnaires and accreditations

* Document Controller

* Filing of all documentation

* Research & development administration

* Monitor and process orders

* Answering/forwarding telephone calls

* Chase Client re-test quotes

* Chase install quotes

* Answering/forwarding telephone calls

* Update Client portals

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

* Excellent attention to detail

* Must have strong IT skills

* Proven customer service experience

* Ability to multi-task and adapt

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
