We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services.
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our fantastic team in Alfreton.
Main Duties
– Serving front counter parts to customers.
– Producing quotes and gaining authority for workshop customers.
– The booking in / out of parts to customers and for stock.
– Contribute to positive team performance.
– Follow stock control procedures.
– Promote the company in all aspects of its business.
– Flexible in their approach to work.
– Be able to prospect for new business.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 08.00am until 16.30pm
Alternate Saturday mornings 08.00am until 12.00noon
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, willing to learn and demonstrate ambition within an expanding organisation and have the ability to prioritise job functions. You should be a good team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. Commercial parts experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage, however full training will be given. Must have good local knowledge of the area and hold a clean driving licence.
