07:30am – 16:30pm Monday – Friday
Hours: Week 2
08:30am – 17:30pm Monday – Friday
My client, one of the UK's leading Commercial Vehicle Franchise Main Dealers is looking for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor / Parts Stores Person / Machinery Plants Advisor / Engineering Parts Advisor to join their successful team. Ideally you will have experience within a Plant, HGV and Engineering Parts industry and a great working attitude.
As Parts Advisor / Parts Stores Person / Machinery Plants Advisor / Engineering Parts Advisor you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with previous customer service skills or experience.
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor / Parts Stores Person / Machinery Plants Advisor / Engineering Parts Advisor :
Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
Making upsells to customers
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System ·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail) ·Strong customer service skills ·Confident in sales
