About the role
Mason & rye is our Fenwick bakery-patisserie-café. Showcasing the very best fine patisserie as well as producing the finest artisan bread, cakes, and other delicious treats.

Our Patisserie Chefs deliver a consistently high standard of patisserie, contributing to a fantastic customer experience. With exceptional attention to detail and meticulous skill, the team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers.

* A proven track record in working in a pastry chef role – essential.

* Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.

* Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.

* Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
