At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Pastry Chef
A stunning brasserie within a boutique hotel are looking to recruit a Pastry chef to join their busy pastry section, working alongside the Executive Chef
You will have the opportunity to work with a number of award winning chefs cooking some of the best patisserie in the area using the most state of the art equipment. My client are one of the most talked about businesses in the area.
You will be responsible for the patisserie for a brasserie, & event business catering for brunch, lunch, dinner & afternoon Tea
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to train, coach, mentor and impart your skills and knowledge on the junior team.
The ideal candidate will come from a high volume brasserie background and with knowledge and ability to cater to rosette level.
