Responsibilities:
* Create unique baked goods based on client specifications.
* Ensure a clean and compliant kitchen that meets local health code requirements
* Develop creative and customized cakes and baked goods for banquets and weddings
* Maintain a stock of sample pastries to showcase our capabilities to potential clients
* Meet with guests reserving banquet halls to discuss their specific baking needs and special requests.
Requirements:
* Must be able to provide a portfolio of creative work for consideration
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Precise eye for detail
