Responsibilities:
Create unique baked goods based on client specifications.
Ensure a clean and compliant kitchen that meets local health code requirements
Develop creative and customized cakes and baked goods for banquets and weddings
Maintain a stock of sample pastries to showcase our capabilities to potential clients
Meet with guests reserving banquet halls to discuss their specific baking needs and special requests.
Requirements:
Must be able to provide a portfolio of creative work for consideration
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Precise eye for detail
