Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a full time Payroll Supervisor on a permanent basis.
The role will manage all aspects of Payroll, processing monthly time sheets, resolving queries and ensuring payroll deadlines are met and managing a Payroll Assistant.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Develop systems to process payroll transactions.
– Check submitted time sheets and supporting documents to ensure payroll is accurate and within budget.
– Oversee processing of Payroll changes for new starters, leavers and any changes.
– Carry out year end procedures and produce relevant reports when required.
– Manage the distribution of work and task allocation.
– Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
– Work closely with the People Relations and Accounting teams.
We are looking for:
– Previous Payroll experience – essential.
– Experience processing monthly Payroll from start to finish.
– Knowledge of Payroll processes and Employment legislation.
– Competent IT skills and mathematical knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office.
– Good team work ethic and ability to motivate other team members.
