PCB Inspector
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £19000 – £20000/annum
The PCB Inspector Job Role:
* To carry out inspection of first batch built PCB assembles (surface mount and conventional) using Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and/or visual method, as appropriate.
* Inspection to be carried out in accordance with appropriate customer and company documentation and published workmanship standards.
* Inspection of completed unit and cable assemblies as required.
* To apply the requirements of the IPC-A-610 standard (Acceptability of Electronic Assembles) objectively and consistently.
* To carry out patrol/sample inspection of work in progress where necessary.
Hours of work:
7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday
7.30am – 12.00pm Friday
PCB Inspector Candidate Requirements:
* A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
* Must have Bench/PCB Inspection experience, within the PCB/electronic sector
