An entry-level pensions administrator role for a growing Wolverhampton-based organisation, you will be providing front line support ensuring excellent customer service.

The Opportunity
Working as part of an established payroll and pensions teams you will be:
* Acting as a first point of contract to resolve enquiries – presenting a professional and positive image, putting the customer first
* Creating and authorising records according to deadlines
* Working to departmental KPIs to ensure payroll and pension records are updated on time
* Providing pensions calculations, to members and employers, and ensuring adjustments comply with regulations
* Requesting additional documentation from customers and employers
Personal Profile
The successful candidate will have an A Level in Maths/similar or an equivalent level qualification such as PMI or CIPP, or have adequate vocational experience ideally working directly in pensions administration or local government. You will be very process-orientated by nature and should be confident handling confidential data and ensuring compliance to regulations. A skilled customer service professional with processing experience and first class numeracy skills would be a great fit for this business.
