We are looking for a collaborative, hardworking People & Culture Manager for a leading Facilities Management provider to join an outstanding team!
As a member of People & Culture and working closely with the Transition team colleagues, this newly created position will facilitate transformational change through our HR and Learning & Development.
You will be instrumental in ensuring all elements from talent acquisition to role specific training are in line with vision and deliverables to ensure we attract, retain, and develop a high performing teams base, which is motivated and adopts a continuous learning mindset.
Key Qualifications
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (ideally Level 7) required management training is beneficial.
Proven experience in an HR generalist and/or learning & development role.
The ability to work with a diverse range of team members, skills set and functions to successfully deploy service culture initiatives.
Proven experience in the service industry in training and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to drive projects, manage stakeholder requirements, clarify needs and priorities, and manage expectations.
Experience designing captivating and informative presentations and/or training courses.
Excellent communication skills, proactive and creative.
Ability and willingness to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time.
