Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a growing, family-run SME based in Worcester. As a Project Coordinator you will be part of the sales team, the business themselves are changing from transactional to very project lead. You will play a vital role in driving this part of the business forward.
Key duties and responsibilities….
* Inputting data onto the system
* Following up each stage of the process
* Following up of internal team to ensure tasks against projects are completed
* Qualifications of projects with architects using the phone to confirm RIBA stage dates.
* Uploading leads to the system for the sales team
* Full 360 pipeline management
* Monitoring time vs cost variables
* Review processes, procedures and documentation, updating when required
* Attend weekly projects meeting, providing minutes and agenda to all relevant parties
* Rapport building with key clients and internal project stakeholders
* Identify and resolving project issues, risks, and conflicts
* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements
* High attention to detail
* Must have experience working with Pipeline CRM systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but similar systems such as pipe drive, salesforce, etc.
* Driven by results
* Familiar with reporting software such as Microsoft Power BI
* Ability to hold accountability for yourself and the team
* Confident at reporting and analysing data
* Admin experience
* Knowledge of construction industry or selling to construction industry
* Good commercial and risk awareness
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
