We are looking for a passionate Pizza Chef for our pizza operation at Lewes Station.
Andronicas Coffee is an established business with a 40-year history. Our focus and passion have always been about giving our customers the finest finished product, made from the best ingredients.
The Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo or Pizzaiola) should be confident and outgoing; with experience of wood burning oven cooking, proving and stretching pre-prepared dough and enjoy engaging with the public, this is a customer-facing role. This is an opportunity for an experienced pizzaiolo/a.
Previously we only operated Thursday through Sunday, we now want to open Monday to Wednesday as well. The core hours and days are 11.00 am until 9.00 pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional shifts will average hours to 40 hours a week.
We’re looking for a Pizzaiolo / Pizzaiola who:
* Has experience and the ability to communicate.
* Can be flexible with their working hours and work some weekend shifts.
* Is a team player willing to roll up their sleeves and help with all areas of the business.
