Pizza Chief

his role requires friendly, reliable, well trained Pizzaiolo (pasta making experience would be beneficial)
It will be in a fast-paced environment at peak times and as such we are looking for a chef who has good experience with gas and wood fired ovens.
Pizza Chef responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and the meats.
We are looking for chefs who have experience but who are still willing to learn. They will be adaptable to work in our restaurant or mobile unit.
We are looking to develop our brand and to branch out into more informal dining restaurants/ takeaways.

For this role we require a trained Pizziaolo with confidence in their dough and pizza making skills, we offer an authentic pizza and expect our chefs to be able to recreate this within our kitchens.
Full time, an average of 45 hours per week. (evenings and weekends required).
