My client is global organisation with an office based in Edinburgh.
Description
Support with the management of schedule and audit allocation and planning of audits.
Chasing overdue audits not booked in by auditors and chasing of completed assessment reports using appropriate systems in accordance with Quality Procedures (where required).
Monitor the organising & Scheduling of the audits and constant management of audit program and processing of reports. Highlighting any potential issues to Planning Managers and escalating to Lead Planning Manager where applicable.
Liaise and communicate with Lead Planning Manager and Planners across all areas to deliver the planned audits as per scheme KPIs.
Working with Lead planning Manager to agree the process of allocations of audits and management of these, including any joint audits to ensure a joined up collaborative process across LRQA.
Liaise with scheme owners, auditors and scheme members in relation to enquiries for all aspects of audit scheduling as appropriate via telephone, letter or email including auditor requests for paperwork.
Administration and processing of applications, spot check, short notice and unannounced audit requests as required.
Administration of joiners and leavers, for applicable schemes.
Provide Lead Planning Manager an overview of delivery status weekly across all schemes.
Assisting in any required auditor training courses, including booking venues and travel, identifying training course content and taking minutes/next steps at auditor training and other meetings.
Excellent communication skills, including technical report writing, have the ability to adapt and work to tight deadlines.
Providing regular audit forecasts and delivery reporting for scheme owners and LRQA
Versatile – ability to deal with any unforeseen situation / adjust readily to different situations.
Assist in the maintenance of ongoing audit delivery compliance with ISO17065 in accordance with Quality Procedures
Liaise with Admin and finance teams to support the completion of monthly assessor invoicing.
Any other tasks deemed appropriate to the role
