Planning Coordinator – Engineering Service Department – Moulton Park NN3
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £5000/week
Our client is a well-established supplier of commercial catering equipment services, across a wide range of sectors. We are helping them to recruit a Service Coordinator to support their engineering team. We are looking for someone from a service background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail who will:
ensure all new calls / return part jobs are allocated to engineers in a timely manner
will effectively plan engineers call routes for all customers
order parts and complete reports daily, update estimated delivery dates and manage dispatch reports
continually communicate with customers should any problems arise attending site or longer turnaround times on quotations
Are you:
IT Literate
able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers
a strong team player
customer service focused
a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail
ideally familiar with the catering industry or have a service background
