PMO Co-Ordinator

PMO Co-Ordinator – Up to £35k
Our client is a global FM Services contractor who are looking for several PMO Co-Ordinators to join their London offices based a 10 minutes walk from Waterloo Station.
These are full time, temp-to-perm roles working on a Hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00hrs.
Our client is looking for experienced Co-Ordinators who are used to working in a fast paced and busy office.
Key Responsibilities of the role of the PMO Co-ordinator:
* Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers, receipting orders once services have been supplied
* Creating applications for payments from clients, chasing up as required
* Assist with quoting works and uploading quotes onto internal systems
* Provide financial support to the wider team including raising invoices and tracking payments
* Ensuring attendance on site by engineers within relevant SLA’s
Qualifications required for the PMO Co-ordinator:
* Previous experience within an FM or Construction environment is essential
* Experience with finance tracking and invoices
* NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
* Experience of working in a busy and varied administration or co-ordinator role
* Previous experience of working with SAP and Maximo would be desirable
* The ability to use MS Office packages
