Prison Chef
Job Type : Contract, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £13/hour
Contract Options is currently recruiting BAND 3 Chef staff for a prison in Princetown, Devon.
The position will involve working on a shift pattern of 5 days out of every 7.
Candidates will be required to work with prisoners in the kitchen, supporting them to work in a safe and efficient manner, making sure that security is maintained. Duties will include preparing and cooking food, preparing food and goods order for manager authorisation, and serve food in the kitchen or hotplate areas.
Requirements:
* Clean DBS certificate
* Demonstrable 5 years' previous experience
* Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety knowlege
* Clean presentation
* Professional attitude
* Hard-working
