Product Dispatch Team Leader
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay: £10.50 – £11.00 Per Hour
Shifts: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with agreed day off in the week.
Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00, Sat 06:00-15:00
Must Haves: Driving Licence, Experience
Ideally, you will have Food Production Experience but please still apply if you do not & are interested in getting into this sector

Responsibilities:
Ensuring all products from intake to dispatch are traced in line with monitoring standards. Monitoring
Making sure the plant works in line with H&S and Environmental standards
Manage employees & check they’re adhering to hygiene rules, health and safety and environmental standards.
Train new employees monitor existing employees and provide refresher training.
Communicate & follow up with other departments to feedback information and data.
Working alongside Production & dispatching teams by providing positive ‘can do’ attitude to picking, stacking & dispatching product to our customer
Maintaining your knowledge & expanding your education on dispatching & logistics tasks (training provided).
Completing hygiene checks
Ongoing training & development of yourself and others
