Salary : £38000 – £42000/annum

Our Client a leader in their field, and manufacturing their highly regarded product sold throughout Europe are now looking for a Product Specialist to play an integral part in their growing business. The Product Specialist will be providing support and guidance to Sales Channel partners ensuring the highest levels of service and support are offered throughout the UK and internationally. This role will be an integral part of the business providing after-care support and training, building positive relationships.

As the Product Specialist you will be:

Supporting the after Sales Service
Carrying out service and repair calls when required
Providing training on equipment to Channel Partners
Attending exhibitions in the UK and internationally
Providing presentations to customers
As the Product Specialist will have:

Experience of working as a Service Engineer, agricultural equipment would be a bonus
Good problem solving skills
Confident in presenting solutions to clients
Experience of offering great customer service
A good solution driven mindset and a great team player
