£22,256 – £24,856 per annum – £10.70-£11.95 per hour
40 hours, 5 x 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri, no evenings, overtime paid at same rate.

In the role as 'Production Chef' you will be responsible for the production of award winning, organic 'real meals', soups & broths.
Key responsibilities:
To ensure that all meals / recipes are prepared consistently and to the highest quality
To ensure that range changes are completed and fulfilled in the required timescales
To execute all food preparation in a timely and professional manner
To ensure detailed records in order to fulfil the businesses due diligence and traceability requirements
To communicate with other departments in the business, including distribution, technical and buying teams where appropriate
To comply with the production units internal and external audit requirements
Participating in the effective communication amongst the team regarding any changes to recipes, procedures and/or operational needs, and amongst the company and other customers regarding any quality issues / shortages in the required timescaleRequirements:
