Production Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £12.50/hour
Due to increasing demand our clients kitchen team is expanding. We are looking for a Chef to volume cook for upto 20 people over Morning/Afternoon/Late shifts.
Tasks
* Working in a team environment to ensure everything is running smoothly
* Enforce and follow strict health and hygiene standards
* Following recipes and providing meals with quality and consistency
* Learning new skills methods to improve overall team performance
* Volume cooking for upto 20 people
About you:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Chef
* You have a passion for food and working in kitchens and can work evenings and weekends
* You have a minimum of Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate and can maintain those standards in our kitchen
* You’re punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Able to lead a kitchen team
* You can multi-task under pressure to the standards our head chef maintains
* A great communicator both within your team and to other areas within the business
