4 on 4 off Days- 8am-8pm
Salary: £23,000- £26,000
Location: Sittingbourne, Faversham, Canterbury
We are currently recruiting for a production line leader at our clients supersite in the heart of Kent, our client is an FMCG giant looking for a production operative to support on the shop floor operations. Our client has recently taken on several new contracts which has tripled the size of the business and resulted in new staff being needed to manage the task. As a production operative you will have production staff working alongside and supporting you. Our clients is known for its product quality and fantastic reputation, from the moment you step on site you will see that you are working with one of the best engineering companies in the land!
Skills required for the Production Line Leader
Experience working in a production environment.
Experience working in a Factory environment
LEadership Experiecen
Must be happy to work a 4 on 4 off Days shift
Involved with Quality and Packaging
Support KPI Targets
