Production Operations Coordinator

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading Media organisation to appoint a Production Operations Coordinator to support their Streaming Service platform. The role will involve supporting the Creative Operations Director and broader Creative Services team in all areas of project and production coordination support.

This role is based on-site in London, with (some) hybrid working when possible.

Role Responsibilities

* Assist the Creative Ops Director and CS team to manage the "make-list", accurately tracking projects, timing and spend.
* Assist the PM to accurately track campaigns and production spend.
* Assist the PM by raising purchase order numbers and processing and tracking invoices.
* Responsible for tracking usage of post-production facilities.
* Booking voiceovers by contacting talent agencies, requesting quotes based on usage and tracking payment.
* Maintains accurate production reports. Plus, archiving and organising production department documents (e.g. music clearance tracker)
* Assist PM with end of quarter and year-end figures.
* Responsible for coordinating the promo dubbing/subbing and language schedule for Original titles with external vendors.
* On-boarding new starters to the team, ordering equipment, and requesting their set-ups on all the necessary internal systems.
* Support Original title campaign projects.
* Support communication between brief owners, creatives, and approvers.
* Coordinating creative approval process via Zendesk and liaising with local market stakeholders.
* Ensure producers/ designers are supplied with the content/ information they need to execute the brief.
* Provide a filter for creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process.
* Attend campaign briefing meetings.
* Attend and coordinate project meetings.
* Provide status updates in meetings.
* Keeping all markets and new starters up to date on Originals tools, workflows, and processes.
* Maintaining Original titles Airtable base.
* Takes meeting minutes and action items.
* All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience within a Production / Streaming Services environment at Coordinator level
* Experience working in a multi-territory or global environment
* Understanding of project management and/or project delivery
* Strong knowledge of the creative and operations production process (and associated workflows)
* Experience of working with schedules and cost management (desirable)
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
