Due to high business levels and volume of production, Big Ant Group are seeking an experienced Production Operative for our client based in Buckfastleigh.
You will be working as part of a team to hand-produce desserts and pastries and ensure the function runs smoothly to hit production target levels.
The ideal candidate would have experience working within a bakery or catering environment producing high-volume quantities.
This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm with the potential of a permanent position if you do well in the role
