Production Operative

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a factory based in Brackley.
Transport available from: Banbury, Coventry, Northampton
The role of the production operative contributes to the ongoing success of the business and is a vital part of ensuring the product is of high quality. There are various departments you could work in which could include the preparation of the product, grading or packing.
Salary:
BONUS! After succesfully completing 12 weeks, becoming permanent employee, you will receive a £150 sign on bonus!
AM Shift £9.09
PM Shift £9.09 plus £2 shift allowance (additional environmental payments of £1.20 depending on department)
Shifts:
AM Monday – Friday (4 days/week)
06.00am – 06.00 pm
PM Sunday to Thursday (5 nights)
15.30pm – 3am (Sunday)
6pm – 3am (Monday to Thursday)
Within various roles some of the duties will include:
– Correctly placing product on the line
– Cleaning equipment
– Sorting of the product
– Grading of the product
– Preparing the product for packing
– Repetitive lifting of the product up to 2kg
– Some sections involve pushing and moving dollars of up to 500kg
– Some sections involve heavy and light moving and pushing products
– Wearing correct PPE
– Following Health and Safety procedures at all times
– Adhere to food hygiene procedures at all times
