Production Operative (Bakery)

Industrial Temporaries are hiring on behalf of a highly reputable client, specializing in the production and distribution of freshly baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately weighing ingredients and products.
* Mixing ingredients to prepare bakery items.
* Depositing and preparing items for baking.
* Using relevant equipment to bake fresh cakes.
* Handling and lifting ingredients such as flour and sugar.
* Organizing and moving stock within the workspace.
* Assisting other departments as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a "can-do" attitude.
* Works well both independently and as part of a team.
* Is eager to learn, even without prior experience.
* physically fit to handle ingredient lifting.

Work Schedule:
* Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
* Days: Monday to Friday – no weekends or bank holidays!
Pay Rate:
* £13.25 to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
