Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Production Shift Manager to join a rapidly growing food production company in Rainham!
Working Week 48 hrs pwk on a shift pattern which includes 2 Late Night finishes and Saturday work
As Shift Production Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the Production, leading a dedicated team of up to 40 strong (likely to grow in the coming months), accountable for managing all Production
This is a very diverse opportunity which will see you juggle numerous task at hand and be very hands on being ready to muck in with accountabilities for Production, Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Continuous Improvement, and Staff
You will need to be an influential food Operations professional who can lead from the front, always be present on the shop floor, offering training and coaching to the team where required.
To be considered for this role you will have at experience working within food Production and have a thorough understanding of Food Safety &Hygiene,. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone who can handle pressure and deliver against set targets.
