Operations SupervisorHolme-on-Spalding Moor – Permanent – Full timeSalary: £13 per hour Shifts: Hours between 5.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday (Full flexibility required) average 48hrs per week

As a Operations Supervisor, you will responsible for supporting your Manager with the daily operations for your area. Supervising and coaching staff to ensure daily quality and quantity targets are met.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Assist your Manager to achieve company KPI’s
One to one coaching and reporting on daily performances
Using heavy machinery and driving FLT. ( additional training given )
Make informed decisions on daily operations and improvements
Ensuring food safety culture, legislation, guidelines and company policies are adhered to
Ensuring you work safely in line with protocol
Accurately complete all required documentation
Ensure GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ) are adhered to.
Ensure all completed work is safe and hygienic and complies with FSA & Health and Safety regulations
Control and minimise waste and pay an active part in continuous improvement
Do you have?
MUST have mushroom picking experience
MUST have previous experience in FMCG environment
Good communication and people management experience
Experience of achieving KPIs
Ability to work well under pressure and manage own time
Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work load
Strong attention to detail
Working at height
