Gobel & Partner Ltd are a leading supplier of Total Quality Management Services to the Automotive and Aerospace industries.
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on a specialist project based on-site at an Automotive Company in Banbury.
To start immediately. This project is short term, estimated a minimum of 12 weeks. But could be extended or successful candidates could be utilised on other projects as they become available.
You will be working on a day shift pattern – 07:00am – 17:00pm. Monday – Friday. There are flexibility around these hours
We are looking for a strong, detailed driven person with proven administration experience. You will be involved in controlling documents, updating and creating spreadsheets, inputting trackers and general admin duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Office administration experience with good use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
* The ability to work on your own initiative and to deadlines
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* Be available to start immediately
* Have experience working in a similar Administrator/ Personal Assistant/ Office Support role previously
