The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project management team and ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

* Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and progress is tracked.

* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.

* Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and budgets.

* Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.

* Coordinate project meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation and materials are available.

* Monitor project costs and ensure that budgets are adhered to.

* Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.

* Support the project team in resolving any issues or problems that arise during the course of the project.

* Maintain project records and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.

Key Requirements:

* A degree in business administration, project management or a related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in a project support role, preferably in the construction or steel industry.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to use initiative to resolve issues.

* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
