Due to continued success for our Yeovil based client, we are seeking a client focused, creative and detail-oriented Project Coordinator!
You will be working alongside a skilled Project Manager to deliver exciting, varied, and fast paced design and build projects.
You will directly contribute towards high quality delivery with involvement in procurement, health and safety, contractor liaison and client relationship management.
We are seeking someone who can work at pace, has a can-do attitude with a creative flare and strong commercial acumen. Someone who is confident, engaging and thrives in an exciting and busy environment!
Also, ideally;
• Someone who has great customer service and has previously worked in a process driven environment with a high level of computer literacy
• Someone that holds a full UK Driving Licence
• Someone who is confident in speaking with decision makers of large companies and organisations, can multitask and is a team player
You don’t need previous experience in a project coordination role, our client is looking for the right person who can learn the tasks of the role and provide a great experience for the customer.
What you’ll be doing:
· Coordinating multiple projects
· Finding resolutions for customer queries
· Purchasing, Negotiation and Raising PO numbers
· Lots of Excel and SharePoint work
· Calendar management
· Maintaining great relationships with clients
· CRM Management
· Data entry and filing
