Henry Martin are working with a highly regarded and reputable, top 20 Main Contractor. Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager, with a proven track record in delivering challenging new build construction schemes in London.
Our client work in the private and public sector across Commercial, Leisure, Education and Mixed-use schemes.
You will benefit from working within a reputable and supportive privately owned Main Contractor, who ensure that they put their employees at the forefront of everything that they do.
The initial project to deliver is a £20Mil new build construction scheme, with a repeat client, in the west end of London.
As the construction Project Manager, you will have full autonomy for the delivery of this construction new build, leading a team of 4 Site Managers, reporting into a Construction Director.
