Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + Package
Project Manager required by leading residential developer to manage the build of 140 units. The project consists of 4 x traditional blocks of apartments and a range of 2-4 bedroom houses.
Company Overview: Our client is a residential developer, typically building new homes for private sale in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
Position: They require an experienced Project Manager to be the no.1 to be fully responsible for the delivery of the scheme heading up the site team and controlling all the trades on site.
Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build housing schemes above £5m in value within either the private sector or affordable housing market.
