My client is a recognised Contractor, specialising in public sector developments and private residential schemes in the South East. They have a turnover in excess of £350million and a full order book, making them ideal place to work.

They have recently negotiated a large scheme in West London, for which they require a Senior Project Manager. The project consists of 302 apartments and houses, and is valued at £50 million. The scheme is 8 storeys and is on behalf of a large RSL/HA.

The successful individual will get involved from site set up and take it through the build to handover.

Previous experience with a main contractor is essential as is previous experience, successfully running schemes of a similar size.
