Project Quantity Surveyor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £65000/annum 20% bonus
Henry Martin are assisting a highly successful residential developer in their search for a Project Quantity Surveyor, to work on a mixed-use development based in West London.
A well-established business, who have a proven track record of successfully delivering new build schemes across London and the South East. The company is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to take on commercial responsibility on a £500m JCT d&b project, working alongside a the commercial team, and reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The suitable candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background with a stable career history working for a residential developer, or main contractor, ideally in London.
You will have the ability to work well within a team and must have a solid understanding of new build construction and exposure to JCT contracts. You will have a detailed approach with the ability to resolve any issues as and when required, able to demonstrate experience in procurement and sub-contractor management as well as a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and to the agreed timescales.
