Project Quantity Surveyor – £70m New Build – City of London – Growing Main Contractor
Henry Martin have partnered up with a growing main contractor, assisting them in their search for a driven and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.
Our client are a growing main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £200m. They have a great reputation within the market and strong pipeline of work. Their workload is varied, across both the public and private sectors and build projects between £10-£80m in project value.
A lot of their work is negotiated with repeat clients, whilst also working on competitive tenders both single & two stage tenders.

As a the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will initially be working on a £70m new build scheme in the City of London which is due on site intimately. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally have extensive experience in procurement of major packages, and able to successfully manage multiple sub-contractor packages.
You will report directly into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and will be responsible for assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site helping with the day to day delivery of the job. You will be required to step in and take the lead in the absence and have a strong client present.
