Publicity Manager/Senior Publicity Manager

We are working with a prominent non-fiction book publisher to find an enthusiastic PR Manager/Senior Publicity Manager for a 12 months contract. You will be developing and managing the PR campaigns across their non-fiction and growing fiction lists. The role is full-time and has a hybrid working pattern (3 days a week in London).
This role's responsibilities will be:
Building creative, innovative campaigns for non-fiction (lifestyle, cookery) and fiction
Working closely with the Marketing team to create holistic PR/Marketing campaigns
Providing excellent author care for various authors (high profile)
Writing press releases and reviewing pitch materials
Organising and arranging events (book signings, launches)
Maintaining and establishing strong rapports with journalists and the media
You will be ideally a Publicity professional with experience of planning PR campaigns for and securing strong, engaging coverage of non-fiction with some knowledge of fiction as well. You will be an excellent communicator, happy working within a team and is skilled at building relationships within the press/media with a great network of media contacts.
