Purchase Ledger Invoice Clerk | Worcester | Full time | Permanent Opportunity | Salary c. £20,000 per annum (negotiable DOE) + Pension + 25 days’ holiday

An immediate opportunity for an experienced ledger clerk to join our client who is a reputable stable business established for over 50 years.

The Business

Working from my client’s site in Worcester, you will join a friendly, busy and dynamic team.

The Opportunity

You will be supporting with purchase ledger invoice management, and responsibilities will include:

* Manually inputting invoices on to the system (approx. 500 per month)

* Matching invoices to POD and GRNs

* Handling invoice queries

* Reconciliations

* Administrative processes associated with accounts payable

The individual

The ideal purchase ledger invoice clerk will have 12 months + finance experience, and fast/accurate data input skills. You will be experienced in purchase ledger and should be able to hit the ground running.
