We are looking for an experienced Quality Advisor / Technical Assistant to join an established and growing business in the Food Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the Technical Manager and Quality department and ensuring that the company’s food safety, quality, legality and authenticity requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in a Quality Advisor role, preferably within the Food Manufacturing Industry. You must have an excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles and a good understanding of current food law, regulations and standards. You should also have experience of working with BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000 and other relevant standards.
You will be highly organised and have good attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to remain calm under pressure.
Salary circa £30,000
