Quality Controller
We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller who has worked within a fresh fruit environment, someone who is able to hit the ground running.

To inspect products on arrival to determine quality of product, document and record findings accurately. Responsible for both in and outbound deliveries.

Ensure any problem loads are dealt with in a timely manner and reported to senior QC/Manager

To inspect and supervise the dispatch of product to customers, verifying all product meets the required specifications and labelling requirements prior to dispatch.

To engage in the monitoring of the product throughout its shelf life and report any issues noted to the appropriate people
*
Work as part of a team to ensure the goals of the department are achieved on a daily basis and the working environment remains clean and safe.
*
A requirement is that your are able to drive with your own car – car allowance will be paid or a company vehicle may be available.
Hours of work – Full time with a flexible approach to working patterns. Could be a 10 hr or 8 hour shift depending on the needs of the business.
Day shift with weekend availability if necessary
e.g should a delivery be late you should be flexible to work until the load has been delivered.
