Lead Quantity Surveyor – Westminster – International developer £60k-£70k
Henry Martin have recently been instructed by an international developer to assist them in their search for a talented and proven Quantity Surveyor. As the lead surveyor on site, you will be commercially responsible for a £25m new build leisure centre which will also comprise of 45 RC frame flats and 24 traditional built houses. As the lead quantity surveyor, you will have previous experience in delivering new build residential projects up to £30m whilst managing 1-2 other surveyors on site.
