My client has an exciting opportunity as a Receptionist at their head office in Newton St Faith. This is a position that will be temp to perm for the right candidate.
Duties will involve main reception work to include but not limited to:
* Answering and transfering all inoming calls.
* Greeting people on entry to the office
* Making Teas and Coffees for Meetings
* General office admin, filing etc
The successful applicant will hav e a bubbly outgoing personality, they will have a good telephone manner and be confident with talking to visitors both face to face and over the telephone
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into office work or for anyone with previous Reception experienece.
Rates are negotiable based on experience.
