Receptionist
Our well established Cheltenham based client is looking for a full-time receptionist to join their busy team on a 12 month Maternity contract. This is a fab role within a small friendly team where full training will be offered! Candidates will be the face of the company so will need to have a smart appearance, an excellent phone manner and the confidence to meet, greet and deal with clients and customers.
Duties included:
* Reception duties
* Meeting & greeting customers and clients
* Data entry
* Assisting with quotes
* General administrative duties
* Booking and organising meetings
* Answering phones
* Transferring phone calls
* General enquiries
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (plus occasional Saturday mornings).
Salary: £21840 depending on experience. Full training will be given but candidates will need excellent customer services skills.
