Receptionist/Sales Progressor is required to join this successful award winning Financial Consultants and Estate Agents with the opportunity to progress into Accountancy, Financial Planning or Estate Agency sides of the business.
This position is available due to continued growth within the company which are renowned for their friendly and approachable expertise in all financial matters and their Estate Agency.
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis, and to perform a variety of administrative tasks including calling clients to update them on their files.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support to the Financial, Accountancy and Property team. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office. You will also assist with incoming and outgoing calls as well as distributing incoming correspondence.
We are looking for someone with a friendly and approachable attitude, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to prioritise your workload in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking skills are essential for this position.
This position offers the opportunity to progress within the financial or property sides of the business should you wish.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients when they arrive at the office
Answer and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
Receive, sort and distribute daily post and deliveries
Order office stationary supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
Requirements:
Ideally you will have previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organisational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Customer service attitude
